6.3 Delivery Procedure

You must provide accurate delivery information. If you are not available to receive the delivery, we may leave the products with a responsible person at the delivery address or reschedule delivery (additional fees may apply).

• You may return defective or damaged products within 24 hours of delivery
• Fresh produce quality issues must be reported immediately upon delivery
• Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days
• Products must be in their original condition for returns (where applicable)
• Photographic evidence of damaged or defective products may be required

7.3 Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of fresh produce, certain items cannot be returned once delivered unless they are defective or damaged.
